Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SSI Blueprint Builder at ssi-blueprint-builder.base44.app (the "Service"), operated by Mindful Money, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, making a purchase, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Not Financial Advice

SSI Blueprint Builder provides educational content, planning tools, and AI-generated coaching. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, tax professional, or attorney, and nothing in the Service is personalized financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. AI-generated responses (including the SSI Money Coach) are automated and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the Service.

4. Subscriptions and the 7-Day Trial

  • The Service offers a monthly membership ("Full Access") at $14.95 per month.
  • New members may start with a 7-day trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to the paid monthly membership at $14.95/month, charged to your payment method.
  • Your membership renews automatically each month until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time from Settings in the app. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; price changes apply to future billing periods.

5. Digital Guides and Refunds

  • Digital guides (PDFs) are one-time purchases delivered electronically through your My Digital Library. Purchased guides remain accessible to you permanently, even if you later cancel your membership.
  • Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned," digital guide purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that a refund is appropriate.
  • Approved refunds and lost chargebacks revoke access to the refunded guide.
  • Guide download links are secure and expire after 30 minutes, but you may always return to your library for a fresh link.
  • Print editions, where offered, are fulfilled by third parties (such as Amazon) and are subject to that seller's terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account or purchased files with others, resell, redistribute, or publicly post the guides or other paid content.
  • Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service or its content, or use the Service to build a competing product.
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes, to harass anyone, or to interfere with its operation or security.
  • Enter false information into quizzes, checkout, or registration flows.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for us or other users.

7. Your Content and License

  • Your content. You own the information you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process it to operate and improve the Service and to generate your plans and coaching responses, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Our content. The Service, its design, text, graphics, guides, and AI outputs are owned by us or our licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Feedback. If you send us suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

8. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including features) at any time. If we discontinue a paid feature you have purchased or subscribed to, we will offer a pro-rata refund of the affected prepaid period where appropriate.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS (SUCH AS SAVINGS, CREDIT SCORES, OR INVESTMENT RETURNS) WILL BE ACHIEVED OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, SAVINGS, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
  • Before filing suit, both parties agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us first.
  • You and we agree that claims will be brought only in individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or non-payment. Sections 3, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
