SSI Blueprint Builder ("we", "us", "our") operates the website and mobile application at ssi-blueprint-builder.base44.app (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Account information — your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Quiz and lead information — your name, email, phone number (if provided), and Money Story Quiz answers when you complete the quiz.
• Financial planning information — the information you enter into your Blueprint, vision questionnaire, spending, savings, investing, and identity plans, check-ins, and progress entries.
• Coach conversations — messages you send to the SSI Money Coach.
• Purchase information — records of digital guides you buy and your subscription status.

Information collected automatically

We collect basic usage information (pages visited, actions taken, device type) through product analytics to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. We do not use this data to advertise to you.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe or buy a guide, your payment card details go directly to Stripe and are subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. We receive only your email address and a record that a payment or subscription exists — never your full card number.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the Service: save your plans, generate your blueprint, and power the AI Coach.
• To process payments, manage subscriptions, and grant access to purchased guides.
• To send you service emails (welcome, account, purchase, and subscription notices) and, where you have opted in, coaching and marketing emails. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
• To follow up on quiz results and offer a membership, where you have given your email for that purpose.
• To understand usage, improve the Service, and keep it secure.
• To comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How Your Financial Data Is Handled

The financial information you enter (income, spending, savings, investing amounts, goals, and quiz answers) is sensitive. We use it only to build your plans and personalize coaching. It is not sold, and it is not shared with advertisers. Your plan answers may be processed by our AI service providers to generate your blueprint and coach responses; those providers process the content only to fulfill your request and do not use it to train third-party models where such controls are available to us.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information only with:

• Service providers — Stripe (payments), our email provider, our AI provider, our hosting platform (Base44), and marketing automation tools (such as GoHighLevel) that store contacts and deliver communications on our behalf.
• Legal reasons — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Service, our users, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your information.

5. AI Coach

The SSI Money Coach is an AI assistant. Its responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on it as your sole source of financial guidance — see our Terms of Service for important limitations. Conversations are processed to generate responses and are not shared with other users.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies and browser storage (such as local storage) to keep you signed in, remember your progress, and secure the Service. We also use privacy-respecting product analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Data Retention

• Account and plan data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can return to your blueprint.
• Purchase records are retained as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
• Subscription and payment records are retained while the subscription is active and as required by law.
• You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time (see Section 9).

8. Data Security

We protect your data in transit and at rest using industry-standard measures, restrict access to those who need it to operate the Service, and keep purchased guide files in private storage behind expiring, access-controlled download links. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights and Choices

• Access and correction — you can view and edit most of your data directly in the Service.
• Deletion — you may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us.
• Marketing emails — you can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email; service emails (receipts, security notices) will still be sent.
• Cancel your subscription — from Settings in the app, at any time.
• Depending on your state or country, you may have additional rights (such as access, portability, correction, deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights) under laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU/UK GDPR. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and we will notify you by email or in-app notice for significant changes.
